Butterfly Valve Lockout Device. It can be used to lock a butterfly valve in the OFF position by clamping down on the handle so that it may not be engaged or moved. This device is available in two sizes (small and large), and will accommodate valve handle thicknesses of the following:
Small - 3.20 mm to 63.50 mm
Large - 50.80 mm to 102 mm
